Terms & Conditions
1. 10% of initial estimate – Before site visit for initiating design phase. The above booking amount shall be adjusted in here.
2. 40% – Post Design sign off. 49 working days post 40% payment for delivery. Projects having woodworks beyond 10L this timeline doesn’t get applied, kindly check with your designer for more clarity.
3. 40% of final estimate – Before dispatch of materials from factory to site
4. 10% of final estimate – Post carcass installation at site and before shutter installation.
5. Payments made are not refundable at any stage. Refund possible only if after sign up there was no site visit or design initiated from HUB’s end.
6. 10 years of warranty in PLYWOOD woodwork’s. Engineered wood has 5 years warranty.
7. Hardware’s have manufacturer’s warranty, up to 10years, varies from brand to brand.
8. Any addition or removal of items during design phase from the initial estimate will reflect a change in cost in later stages. Any offer applicable during sign up on initial estimate, would not be applicable if final value
reduces in later stages
9. Do visit us at our complete sanitized office anytime from Tuesday to Sunday from 11m to 8pm.
